Canada Geese
According to a friend of mine who majors in biology that those are not Canada geese, instead, they are surf scoters.

My Country and My People
I love reading this book "My Country and My People" (Lin, Yutang. 1935. My country and my people. New York

Like doing my own research, the more I read the more confused I feel. As a Chinese having lived in China for 22 years, I still don't know how to answer when people ask me "tell me about Chinese culture, and what Chinese people like".
